Proto Type ???
Folk Art ? or Hicky-Do ? The only differance between this lure and a Hicky-Do is the tail taper.

"Hicky-Do Bait Co."

Hicky-Do lures were first manufactured by R.E Warren, Cedarville, Mass. sometime around 1946. The company moved at least once and was possibly sold. The box in the top photo on the left, has the last address that I am aware of:
Hicky-Do Bait Co., West Barnstable, Cape Cod, Mass.
The company disappeared by the early 1950's.
